Welcome to the Office of the Vice President, 学生事务 Division. 

Each day I arrive on campus I am filled with joy and excitement as we welcome you to our university. This is a momentous occasion as you embark on a journey that will shape your future and open the door to limitless possibilities.  

As you stand at the threshold of this new chapter in your lives, I want you to know that the choice to attend Frostburg State University is a wise one. 在Frostburg, our main goal is not only to provide you with an excellent education, but also to give you a fulfilling and meaningful college experience.  

Our campus comes to life with its many different clubs and organizations that cater to many different interests.  Students can participate in a wide variety of clubs and organizations, from academic and professional associations to cultural and recreational groups.
