Checking in at the Center for International Education

F-1 or J-1 students should NOT come to Frostburg State University until you receive a formal letter of admission and either an I-20 or DS-2019 document.

The CIE will arrange transportation from the airport to the University at the beginning of your studies.  After you have received your visa, please send the CIE your flight details.
